Recruiting Moderators for Chatango Box

Hi,

we are looking for 2 to 4 dedicated individuals to help moderate our Chatango Box. If you think you have what it takes, please leave your comment here. I will get back to you guys. Thanks :)

The main responsibility of being a moderator there is to help the visitors if they have PSP related issues and stop people spamming the chatbox with excessive external website URLs (2 or more posts of the same website).

Your privileges:
1. You can delete messages that you see as inappropriate in the chat.
2. You can ban users whom repeatedly ignoring the spamming rule I stated above.

That's pretty much what we ask for from the moderators. And Thank you for your contribution to the community.

UPDATE:
It has come to my attention that there should be a couple of rules for moderators to follow as well:

1. Please refrain yourself from posting excessive profanities in the Chatango box. We want to promote a friendly environment not a hostile one. (If complaints are received from members, the moderator privileges will be suspended or possibly removed upon investigations.)
2. Being a moderator requires commitment, the one whom doesn't show that quality will be demoted and removed as a mod. The spot(s) will be given to qualified individual(s). The minimum time requirement is: 7 hours a week (1 hr each day) (idling doesn't count toward this requirement)


I am just making these requirements on top of the head. So, if you think the requirements should be more lax or more strict, post your comments here.
